Since 2011, CORDENKA’s manufacturing managers have been meeting once a year for a two-day workshop under the slogan “WE help shape”. The motto of this year’s workshop was CORDENKA – What is the new normal?
We reported on new normalities in the requirements of our customers in the global, European and national economic environment. The department heads from production and technology reflected on new normalities in their areas. Current and future requirements were transferred to the respective department in group work. 💡
At our “marketplace”, the departments presented particularly successful and innovative problem solutions and development projects from the current year and exchanged key facts in bilateral discussions. Finally, the “WE help shape” goals for the next 12 months were drawn up. 🎯
All participants rated the workshop as very positive and inspiring. Special thanks go to the organization team, who ensured that everything ran smoothly at all times. 👏🏼
