from the viscose process

In the viscose process, alongside with rayon yarn as the main product, the byproduct sodium sulfate is manufactured as well.

It is sold by CORDENKA in its anhydrous form. With a production capacity of approx. 40 kilotons per year CORDENKA is the largest producer of sodium sulfate from rayon production in Germany.

Packaging

  • Sodium sulfate is available in 25 or 50 kg sacks, in all big-bag sizes and may also be directly loaded into silo trucks.

Applications

  • Sodium sulfate is a standard chemical that is used for the manufacture of detergents and cleanser, glass, cement, paints and varnishes, textiles and chemical applications.
