CORDENKA® Rayon tire cord and fabric is a Rayon product scientifically optimized for the reinforcement of passenger car tires. It is standardly impregnated with a Resorcin-Formaldehyde-Latex-Dip for ideal rubber adhesion. High thermal stability and exceptional mechanical properties guarantee highest safety and endurance. In order to ensure the perfect fit for a wide range of applications, CORDENKA offers cord and fabric with various different specifications.

Rayon reinforced brake hoses e.g. demonstrate highest volume consistency and thus ensure proper and safe transmission of braking forces. Due to its high chemical resistance, rayon also is the perfect fit for use in hoses for fuel pumps and feeder hoses in the chemical industry. As an endless multifilament yarn, Cordenka rayon is perfectly suited for all major hose production techniques and is valued for its good processing features, such as its extremely low heat shrinkage.
