For the first time, CORDENKA held an occupational safety seminar at the Maikammer training center of the German Social Accident Insurance Institution for the raw materials and chemical industry (BG RCI).
The seminar was attended by managers, works council members and safety officers from various production and technology departments. The seminar was organized, thematically prepared and moderated by our occupational safety specialist, Andreas Weinert. 👏🏼
The main topics of the second day of the seminar were the following questions:
- How to develop the number-based management culture into a proactive management culture in occupational safety❓
- How to convince indifferent employees❓
- As a manager, do you just have to be consistent❓
This seminar took place by chance a week after the CORDENKA Manufacturing Workshop. In retrospect, it can be said that both the timing and the chosen topic, which is part of the fourth strategic goal of manufacturing, the high-performance culture, were exactly right.
We hope that this will lead to the proactive development of our occupational safety culture at CORDENKA. 💪🏼
