Last Thursday, our COO Dr. Joachim Leeb spoke at Mittelstand.Praxis – the forum for manufacturing and industry in Aschaffenburg – about practical AI applications that create real added value for people and processes.
In his presentation, he showed, among other things, how AI models developed in-house for image recognition support employees in CORDENKA’s production – from recognizing the spool fill level to automatically locating broken threads.
The result: greater transparency, less routine work, less training required, and thus more time for the essentials.
A successful example of how digitalization does not overwhelm, but rather relieves the burden – and how innovation can arise from within the company’s own workforce. 💡
