Our first-year trainees have already gained a lot of exciting experience. In addition to getting started at the company, they attended numerous seminars, such as the BKK seminar, the safety seminar, and first aid training—important basics for a safe and healthy working day. 🦺
📚 Vocational school also plays a central role:
Industrial mechanics and mechatronics engineers attend block instruction and complete courses in basics, welding, turning, milling, plastic welding, and pneumatics in the Mainsite training workshop. Mechatronics engineers also expand their knowledge of electrical engineering and electronics.
Industrial clerks, on the other hand, have classes twice a week in business administration, human resources, marketing & sales, accounting, and legal basics.
A special highlight was the start of the social education seminar on the Volkersberg, which strengthens team spirit and promotes personal development.
At work, the trainees support their journeymen in their daily tasks and are already taking on their own projects. This allows them to learn about the practical side of the job step by step and grow into their future roles.
