This month, CORDENKA organized a special day for safety officers. The aim of the event was to promote exchange among participants and provide new impetus for occupational safety.
Early in the morning, our COO Dr. Joachim Leeb and our occupational safety specialist, Mr. Andreas Weinert, welcomed the participants to a practical workshop. The focus was on current topics relating to prevention in occupational safety and the question of how employees can be even better integrated into safety-related processes.
The constructive exchange showed how important the perspective of safety officers is for the further development of the safety culture in the company.
In the afternoon, the group visited Pirelli Deutschland GmbH in Breuberg, where participants gained exciting insights into ultra-high-performance tire manufacturing and were able to experience the use of CORDENKA® fabric in practice firsthand. Following the factory tour, Mr. Kredel from Pirelli and his HSE team were available to answer questions. 💬
