At the EmpowerHer network partner meeting, HR Manager AT Lena Köhler and HR Manager Mainsite Barbara Strasser gave an insight into why CORDENKA & Mainsite joined the network – and what has been happening at our company since then.

What has happened at our site:
👉🏼 Our colleagues are enthusiastic about the EmpowerHer training courses.
👉🏼 At ICO, a new network of female executives has been formed – triggered by EmpowerHer. The kick-off in September was a complete success!
👉🏼 We are already planning the next in-house training course for early summer 2026: ‘Visible – confident – strong’.
